Fresh new year! Yay. This means I am only 1 year behind on blogging. I would like to say that January was a bright hope after our rough December... unfortunately that cannot be said. Wow I am such a downer. There was one bright spot- INSURANCE. I was so grateful that we had health insurance this month. Tyler separated his shoulder snowboarding at the Beav. That was a sickening phone call, even though it was just a shoulder separation-it could have been a lot worse. I wasn't up there with him when he did it so for all I know he was doing something crazy and that caused his shoulder to separate. Regardless, I am thankful for insurance!

Needless to say that ended our snowboarding careers for the season. At least we got one good day up there together.
We also gathered a group of friends together and went to the Jazz game. The tradition was kept alive by going to Crown Burger beforehand. As I recall, the game kinda sucked (we won by like 50 points).. but we sure had a hoot sitting up there in the last row. I just remember laughing so hard I had to go buy a water bottle. We should do this again guys!

January was also the month we started experimenting with recipes. Check out this homemade pizza dough. It was the sick-nastiest pizza I have ever had. Oh well- we had fun making it!

That does it for January... now we're getting to the months where I don't have any pictures so I will have to start getting creative on what I will post.
